dim lightingleaking shower
the room lighting was poor , it was very dim , and no extra lights were available. the shower leaked badly. i asked for an extra towel to deal with the water , but they wanted to charge me for it. eventually , they gave me an old , worn towel.

the air con was loud i think. a new club is near the hotel. my bed vibrated from the bass of the club. the club only opens on weekends.

I found great value for my money. The reception was also very helpful. the cleaning staff kept everything super clean. the bed provided good comfort, and the shower area seemed thoughtfully designed. big c market is a short walk.
the room did have a slightly stale smell, though minimal.

My room offered ample space. It had a good layout. daily housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature.

The hotel provides breakfast. A small buffet included both western and asian options. the coffee tasted very good. the dining area near the lobby remained clean, and staff ensured prompt refills during breakfast hours.

The swimming pool was well maintained. Its temperature was refreshing. i noticed lounge chairs surrounding the pool area. the fitness center had treadmills and elliptical machines, very handy. The gym also included free weights.

The staff seemed friendly. they responded quickly to any queries i had. check-in was quick and easy, and the reception area was efficient. I appreciated the help with luggage storage upon arrival.

The gym was a letdown because most bikes were broken I found only one shower towel provided and no small towels were available I think this is inadequate and needs improvement The air conditioning was excessively loud it made sleeping difficult

the room was spacious with a balcony. this balcony overlooked a little family-run restaurant. i enjoyed the gym, it had a view over the pool. the pool maintained a cool temperature , which was ideal for refreshing dips.
the best iced coffee van was right outside the hotel , it was too tempting, making me spend more than i intended.

the room was a really good size, it was a beautiful twin room. the beds were actually comfy and big enough. the staff were available all the time, they were always ready to help.
the pool was under a roof, so there was no sun. half the light bulbs in the room did not work. it made the room really dark.
